Biography
Summer is a native of San Antonio, Texas. She's been a premier ballerina most of her life. Her debut was in various commercials and a guest appearance on the WB's "Angel" (1999). She has gone on to star on the TV series "Firefly" (2002) and is now in the movie Serenity (2005).
The cast of Serenity (2005) made a running gag of shouting her name if they forgot their lines during a scene. The joke originated when she blew a line at the end of a particularly long and difficult scene on the TV series "Firefly" (2002).
Played similar "crazy" characters on both the television series "Firefly" (2002/I) (and its movie Serenity (2005)) and "The 4400" (2004) .
