Gabrielle Anderson is a very talented and energetic entertainer with a warm and outgoing personality. Destined to become a household name and a world class entertainer, she is a versatile actor, an amazing singer and an incredible dancer. She is also a musician who traded in her clarinet for piano, a regional and national "cheerleader champion" and a "Hawaiian Tropic" runway model search "winner."Being a multi-talented entertainer, Gabrielle has appeared in films, commercials, voice overs, music videos, industrials, musicals, print ads and a TV showcase. Her first break came in May 2004 when she was featured as "Lil' Shawnna" in Grammy nominee "Ludacris' Diamond in the Back" video. Later, she was featured as "Church Girl" in "8 Ball & MJG's Straight Cadillac Pimpin" video and featured as "Kid in Street" in "TI's Bring 'Em Out" video.Gabrielle's music video appearances were soon followed by both "principal" and "lead" roles in "industrial films" as she quickly won over director "Lynn Stallings" of "Stargate Studios." She has also shot "print ads" for "Disney Direct," "BC Moore Dept. Store" and "Atlanta Workshop Players," as well as shot "commercials" for "Nickelodeon," "Disney Station IDs/Interstitials" and "Goody's Dept. Stores." She can also be heard in "voice overs" for "Stargate Studios" and "Disney."In August 2004 while showing support for her younger sister China Anderson, who had a lead role in the soon to be released "Outkast" film "Idlewild" directed by "Bryan Barber," Gabrielle was spotted on the set in Wilmington, North Carolina and was asked to join the cast as a "youth." She later went on to land the lead role as "Young Alice," a little girl with mysterious powers in the short film "Estranged" which was directed by "Aaron Wilson" on location in Los Angeles, in March 2005.While attending a local performance arts school in Atlanta, Georgia, Gabrielle performed the roles of "lead actor," "lead vocalist" and "lead dancer" in the musical "Teen Explosion," she choreographed and performed a "dance solo" in the musical "Anointed" and performed the "lead vocals" for the song "No One" in a choir performance at "Ebenezer Baptist Church."In addition to entertaining, some of Gabrielle's favorite things to do are the same as other pre-teens. She enjoys going to the movies, listening to music, watching music videos, surfing the Internet, playing video games, shopping for the latest fashions, using her cell phone to chat and send text messages to her friends and traveling. Gabrielle is a honor student and trains in Atlanta and Los Angeles.Gabrielle is the older sister of China Anderson who is also an actor, singer and dancer.
